Ingredients
- 200 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pepper habanero pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 3-4 tbsp oregano

- In your glass container, add all the olive oil with the salt and oregano.
- Next you will add your habanero pepper BUT before you add the pepper, make sure that you cut it open so that the oil will enter inside the pepper.
Recipe Notes
**When you serve the oil, it is best to use a wooden spoon, a metal spoon can change the flavor of the oil over time. Like this, the oil should be good for several months, if kept in a cool place.
