    Our mission is to spread how to enjoy good meat again. We put at the disposal of discerning palates the most tasty and tender cuts from selected producers of the best national and foreign races such as Retinta, Rubia Gallega, the mountain brown, Pyrenean brune, Black Angus or Wagyu.

    Mature our meat for a minimum of 30 days so that the water it contains evaporates, the flavor is concentrated and the protein is softened. To avoid the proliferation of undesirable microorganisms during the maturation process we expose the meat to ozone and ultraviolet light and surround it with blocks of Himalayan salt. This process is responsible for making our cuts so tender and incredibly delicious.

Ponemos a disposición de paladares exigentes los cortes más sabrosos y tiernos procedentes de productores seleccionados de las mejores razas nacionales y foráneas como la Retinta, la Rubia Gallega, la parda de montaña, la bruna del pirineo, la Black Angus o la Wagyu.

    Maduramos nuestra carne durante un mínimo de 30 días para que el agua que contiene se evapore, el sabor se concentre y la proteína se ablande. Para evitar la proliferación de microorganismos no deseados durante el proceso de maduración exponemos la carne a ozono y luz ultravioleta y la rodeamos de bloques de sal del Himalaya. Este proceso es el responsable de que nuestros cortes sean tan tiernos e increíblemente deliciosos.
