- 600 grams Sushimi Style fresh tuna 3 - 4 cm thick pieces
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 5-6 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- 2-3 cm fresh ginger
- 3 sprigs fresh thai basil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white vineger
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 thai peppers I use 2 but I like it spicy
